Upon receiving a client complaint, our company will notify the client within 7 days to acknowledge receipt of the complaint. We will then provide the client with a response on the investigation results or progress within one month and indicate the estimated completion date of the investigation.
Where the complaint remains unresolved, both the client and our company have the option to seek assistance from the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre.

2. Does ABCI Securities Company Limited provide margin financing service?
Our company provides margin financing in different ratios for selected stock listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for clients. For details, please contact your Account Executive (AE) or Client Service Department.
3. How to make an initial public offering (IPO) subscription?
Both IPO cash and IPO margin financing services are available. Cash applicant can either subscribe with yellow application form or cash (nominees) service. For margin application, the deposit amount can be as low as 10% of the subscription amount (it may vary for different IPOs). Shares allottment will be deposited into the securities account in our company.

2. How to trade online?
Client who has already applied for the internet trading service can visit our website: http://sec.abci.com.hk/, select "Online Trading" and login with the user name and password. For client who has not yet applied for the service can submit the "Application for the Internet Services Form" download under "Download Centre – Forms Download – Products & Services". For the usage detail, please refer to the "Online Trading User Manual" in the "Download Centre".
3. How to trade through the mobile APP?
iPhone and Android phone user can download the APP named "ABCI Securities Company Limited". "Mobile Trading User Manual" is also available under "Download Centre – Manual Download and Illustration".
4. If I forgot the password, what should I do?

OTHER INFORMATION
1. How to receive daily and monthly statements?
You can choose to receive daily and monthly statements by mail or email while completing the account opening application. For existing client, you can change the method of receiving statements by submitting the "Application for the internet Services Form".
2. How to make a fund deposit?
You can choose to deposit by cheque, cash transfer or telegraphic transfer (TT) to our bank accounts or your BOC (HK) sub-account. Please refer to the "Standing Settlement Instruction" for detail.
3. How to make a cash withdrawal?
Balance in your account can be withdrawn by cheque, cash transfer or telegraphic transfer (TT). If you choose to withdraw by cheque, no charge applies. It normally takes one working day to be settled. Fund will be available in your bank account after 4p.m. on the next working day.
For cash transfer, the service fee will be HKD50.00, and fund will be received on the same day.
For TT to an overseas bank account, the charge will be HKD160.00 with an additional bank charges.
4. How to apply for real time quote service?
"Application for the Real Time Quote Service Plan Form" can be downloaded in our website under "Download Centre – Forms Download – Products & Services". You can also refer to your Account Executive (AE) or the Client Service Department for the form, latest service fee and promotion.
