What is Bond?
- Bond is a certificate of indebtedness. Buying a bond equals to lending money at a fixed interest rate to the corresponding issuer.
- Typical Issuer include: Governments, Semi-governments institutions and corporations. Bond issuing is a means to gather fund, therefore the bond holders are lenders and issuers are borrowers. By buying the bond issue, the lender actually enters into an lending agreement with the borrower.

What kind of bonds can I choose?
You can buy treasury bond, government bond and corporate bond. If the bond is nominated in foreign currencies, we can help you with FX exchanges to purchase the bond.

What types of bonds are there in the market?
Corporate bonds |
are issued by companies or their subsidiaries to finance their business activities.

are issued by the government. Government bonds are usually considered lower risk investments because of the relatively lower chance of default by a government.

do not have a fixed maturity date but they pay a steady stream of interest forever.

give you the right to convert the bond into a specified number of unissued shares of the issuer or a related company.

allow you to exchange the bond for the shares of any organization which are already in issue and held by the issuer or a related company.
